My practice is primarily guided by a client centered, strength based, holistic approach with use of various treatment modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with somatic experiencing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and trauma informed care.
We can work together to develop your innate resources, learn more healthy coping skills, and develop an understanding and awareness of the beautiful connection of the mind and body, while in a safe and comfortable environment.
