Cait Olde
Looking for a therapist can be overwhelming, but finding the right fit shouldn't feel like a group project you're doing alone.
Hi! I'm Cait, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who genuinely enjoys working with college students. I first found myself in the client chair during my undergraduate years, so I understand how vulnerable and sometimes intimidating it can feel to reach out for support.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and down to earth. I strive to create a space where you can show up as you are, talk through what's been weighing on you, and develop tools that help you feel more confident navigating life's challenges.
If you'd like to learn more about me and my approach, I invite you to explore my website. I also offer a free 30-minute consultation where you can ask questions, share what you're looking for, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. Therapy is an investment in yourself, and you deserve to find someone who feels right for you.
