Integrative Somatics

My practice integrates bodywork with talk therapy. After fifteen years as a Structural Integration practitioner, I trained at Naropa in somatic psychotherapy — so sessions can include hands-on work, movement, breath, and conversation, depending on what's needed.
The people I work best with tend to be thoughtful and somewhat introspective. They often sense that talking alone hasn't moved things — that something is held in the body, in patterns of tension, posture, or reactivity. Some arrive with chronic physical complaints alongside emotional ones. Others come stuck in relationships, identity questions, or grief that won't shift.
You don't need any background in this work to start. We begin with what you're actually noticing — in your body, your mood, your day — and follow it from there.
