Autumn McGarity
Are you in the eye of a storm, grappling with a significant life transition? Whether stepping into a new job, welcoming a child, facing a divorce, or processing grief after a loss, you’re not alone. The aftermath of Hurricane Helene may amplify these feelings, reminding us that grief is a natural part of any transformation. Seeking support is a courageous step toward clarity. Together, we’ll explore your emotions and uncover what you truly need on this journey. With over a decade of experience, I specialize in grief, trauma, and life transitions.
I am passionate in supporting individuals facing domestic violence, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and complex trauma, particularly folx within the LGBTQ+ community. My trauma-focused approach combines Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Attachment Theory with strengths-based, expressive arts, feminist, and existential perspectives.
My goal is to help you reframe your narrative, empowering you to embrace your authenticity and drive positive change. Let’s embark on this journey of self-discovery and healing together. It would be an honor to walk beside you as you navigate and rebuild from life’s challenges. If this sounds like a fit, please reach out to schedule a consultation!
