Arabel Younger
I have daytime and evening openings on most weekdays!
I approach therapy holistically and use an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. My work is grounded in the belief that we all possess innate strengths that can guide us toward healing. Together, we will work to uncover your strengths and create pathways toward greater well-being.
We have a couple dogs in the office and I am always happy to incorporate animal-assisted therapy into my work!
Some of my other approaches include CBT, DBT, existential psychology, motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based therapy, meditation, body-oriented psychotherapy, and spirituality. We can work together to find a course of therapy that works best for you, at your own pace.
