Alexis Silver
College can feel overwhelming — and for many students, it’s the first time they’re navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, or difficult relationships without the support systems they grew up with. If you’ve been struggling to focus, feeling stuck, or carrying something that’s hard to name, therapy can help.
I’m Lexie, a licensed clinical social worker with 30 years of experience. I work with young adults who are trying to understand themselves better — why they feel the way they do, why certain patterns keep showing up, and how to build a life that actually feels like theirs.
My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I draw on a wide range of evidence-based methods — including CBT, IFS, DBT, somatic work, and mindfulness — and I tailor everything to you. There’s no one-size-fits-all here.
I specialize in;
• ADHD and executive function
• Anxiety and social anxiety
• Depression
• Trauma and PTSD
• Perfectionism
• Identity and relationship patterns
• College adjustment and academic stress
Whether you’re dealing with something specific or just know that something feels off, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
