The highly trained providers and team at 5280 Behavioral & Mental Health Center (5280 BMHC) come together from specialized practice areas to provide the highest quality behavioral and mental health services. Based in research and best practices, we deliver innovative, evidence-based treatment and personalized therapy and care.
What We Do?
Evaluate, diagnose and treat children, adolescents, adults and families
* Offer evidence-based, cognitive-behavioral therapy
* Utilize treatment strategies from behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, systems and solution-focused theories
* Offer Group Therapy (i.e. ADHD support group for parents)
Provide referrals for other behavioral and/or mental health needs (i.e. EMDR for trauma, testing for learning disabilities or ADHD, medication management, acupuncture for pain, tutoring for executive functioning deficits)
* Collaboration between pediatricians and behavioral/mental health providers to offer easy, quick referral for patients
* See patients in crisis within 24 hours
* Offer Telehealth services to patients who are unable to access in-person mental health services due to illness, disability, transportation issues, distance, or other access issues. * * Telehealth services also available to select surrounding states (psychologist-only service).
* Access to therapeutic yoga, exercise room and play therapy room to provide more active types of treatment options
